Grava um registro de prova (canal api, com o nome do seu app): um documento da camada da conta (aceitação de platform_terms, ciência de platform_privacy, consentimento a network_consent) ou a ciência do privacy_notice desta associação. version (e sha256, quando publicado) precisa indicar o texto em vigor que o seu app mostrou — senão, 422 <kind>_outdated. Registrar a mesma versão duas vezes não faz mal: cada registro é uma prova. Aceita Idempotency-Key.
