Para eventos públicos e tipos de inscrição que não exigem carteirinha. A vaga fica guardada até a pessoa confirmar o endereço pelo link que recebe (24 h); depois, um tipo gratuito é confirmado e um pago aguarda a contribuição. Responde um 202 uniforme seja qual for o endereço (não serve de oráculo); os problemas de elegibilidade e de validação são 422. Só tokens de cliente (registrations:write); aceita Idempotency-Key. As contribuições de quem não é associado são receitas comerciais (D-L2).
