Erfasst einen Nachweis-Eintrag (Kanal api, unter Nennung Ihrer App): ein Dokument der Kontoebene (platform_terms akzeptiert, platform_privacy zur Kenntnis genommen, network_consent eingewilligt) oder die privacy_notice dieses Vereins zur Kenntnis genommen. version (und sha256, wenn veröffentlicht) muss den geltenden Text nennen, den Ihre App gezeigt hat — sonst 422 <kind>_outdated. Dieselbe Version zweimal zu erfassen schadet nicht: Jeder Eintrag ist ein Nachweis. Akzeptiert Idempotency-Key.
