Die Mitgliedschaft verlängern (durch das Mitglied selbst)

Innerhalb des Verlängerungsfensters (ab 60 Tagen vor dem Ablauf oder danach). Eine kostenlose Mitgliedsart ohne Genehmigungspflicht wird sofort verlängert (renewed: true, neues expires_at); sonst wird ein Verlängerungsantrag erfasst und der Verein benachrichtigt (requested: true) — er wird abgeschlossen, wenn das Sekretariat den Mitgliedsbeitrag erfasst oder genehmigt. accept_statuto muss das geltende Statuto nennen. Eine Wiederholung des Antrags bewirkt nichts.
